Andy Fernie, Become Funerals Principal Funeral Director, is dedicated to helping you organise a funeral service that pays homage to your dearly departed in a way that best reflects their unique life and story.

Become Funerals is the result of Andy’s quest to make his mother’s funeral both eco-friendly and as unique as she was. In organising her funeral he found the desire to share the  same level of care, finesse and personal touches with others saying goodbye to loved ones. This realisation is at the very heart of everything he does and aspires to achieve for your loved one send off.

Having gone through the life-changing experience of caring for his mother in her final years and discovering how hard it was to organise a fitting service after her passing, Andy re-trained to become a funeral director. He founded Become Funerals as a proudly independent funeral operator with a simple mission: to provide funerals that are as unique as the lives they celebrate.
